Welcome to the Coffee Project merch table! Buddy and I wanted a place where people like yourself could order our merch directly from us! We will be adding things along the way, such as limited batches of certain items so lookout for that!

Shipping
We ship anywhere in the United States. We hope to add foreign orders soon, so stay tuned.

Shipping costs a flat $5 for any order and will ship via USPS Priority Mail, which has an estimated delivery time of 2-3 days everywhere in the U.S. (USPS does not guarantee this delivery time, it's just an estimate).

All orders ship from Gainesville, Florida and should be put in the mail 1-3 days after they are placed unless we're on tour.

Shipments will not be insured. Domestic packages will have delivery confirmation included. Please contact us if you would like the confirmation number.

We are not responsible for your package once it has been safely put in the mail. We are also not responsible if you did not provide us with an accurate address. If you live in a building/complex, please make sure to include your apartment/unit number. If you are shipping to a place of business, please be sure to include the name of the business and complete address (e.g., suite/floor/building number). If a package is unclaimed or undeliverable and gets returned to us, you will be charged the original shipping & handling as well as any additionally incurred shipping costs due to the return. If your order needs special shipping or handling instructions, please let us know at the time you place your order.

Gifts
Please let us know if your order is a gift and if you would like a note included or any other special handling by using the contact form with your order number.

Return policy
We accept returns for exchange or refund as long as the item is in its original packaging, shows no signs of wear, and is in sellable condition. If it doesn’t look like something you would buy new, chances are we can’t accept it.

If you need to make a return, please email us from the contact page of our store with your order number and name and reason for returning and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, except when the return is required due to an error on our part.

All return requests must be made within 5 calendar days upon receipt of goods. All returns must arrive at our address in Gainesville, Florida within 10 working days from the date you contacted us about the return. We cannot be responsible for lost or misdirected returns.

There are no returns on sale items.
